Returns and Refunds

We have a 14 day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, dameged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and ones the return is accepted, make a separated purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company can take some time to process and record your refund.
